That's what Vincent had to say on FB: "..it's a difficult draw because Wolfgang Leitner is one of the top 5 players in the world for sure. Joseph Borg Bonaci is also difficult to play; He's a Maltese who won a Major last season and he's very strong. As for Mateos, the simple fact that he's one of the 3 top players in Spain (along with Flores and Valverde) means a lot!"

In any case it is going to be the best of the experiences with a field like that.... he has the chance of learning from some of the best , God bless Andrea...with our spirit we will be with him..... I am dying for being back on my feet and play some......

Through the Italian Forum on Justin Tv you can watch the World Cup live, unfortunately Andrea was out at the group stage
Mateos 5-0 Bonaci 10-1 Leitner 6-1
The only Italian in the Open Semifinal : Nastasi
De Francesco in the Semi of the Vets

Tough losses for Andrea, but that's the World Cup I'm afraid. We all took our fair ratio of goals: www.sc-connecticut.com/bologna.htmlWho knows if it will be possible finding on Youtube the Nastasi-Flores 5-4 game...

Unfortunately the hard way it is the only way of learning.....but what an experience has to be being in a World Cup, eh?

Anyway we could be at the same level playing and training every day like those guys do, I believe most of them are professionals ...

Thanks Mass for keeping us posted on how Andrea was playing. Looks like it was another high quality tournament. Sucks that Andrea got a tough group but with a 31 player tournament for the World Cup it is hard to imagine a group that would be easy to make it out of
