The preliminary survey was quite encouraging as the list potentially includes already 9 of us:
1 Massimo 2 Miguel 3 Andrea (MA) 4 Yusuf (NY) 5 Burak (NJ) 6 Demetri (NY) 7 Manny (NY) 8 Jim 9 Evan

Possibly Luis Silva & Frank Diassa will attend the tournament, which will also count as WASPA event.

The venue is confirmed to be Wallingford, kick off at 10. The 100% list so far includes:
1. Miguel 2. Massimo 3. Andrea 4. Evan 5. Yusuf 6. Burak
No Jim, but Luis + Frank should be playing. With the NY Greeks, we could actually reach double digit.

Correction: Jim Taylor is in. I repeat, Jim Taylor is in! If I remember correctly, it will be his first ASA event since the 2010 Holiday Silver...

The players list stabilized at 9, however this weekend's snow may create some travel issues. Hopefully roads will be cleared by Sunday morning.

After an perhaps unprecedented series of drop-outs concentrated in a handful of hours, and not related to yesterday's untimely snow fall, the attendance has been drastically reduced by 55% from 9 to 4...

On the bright side, at least you get to play. I would kill to play in a tournament out here...

Correction, the attendance was reduced by 66% from 9 to 3. We ended up relying on Jim Taylor to keep his word for once; to show up like he promised; and to maintain the WASPA status. Unfortunately, he confirmed his awful ditching habits and was nowhere to be found.
Andrea, in his only available weekend of the month, drove for hours, made the tournament possible and his commitment was rewarded when he lifted the precious State League trophy that, in the previous 9 editions, saw in myself and Miguel the only two owners.
