Does anyone have a good reccomendation of what types of paints to use to custom paint your own pieces. I am planning on painting a metal keeper.

Hey Daniel,
Make sure you use a primer on the metal first. I've used Vallejo paints to paint metal army tanks and they are really nice. They coat well on the primer. Or I'm sure Games Workshop paints are readily available at a local game store that sells Warhammer. I'd also coat the paint with some sort of finish because I'm sure any paint brand would start to chip off from use.

Although I personally have never painted a team, Brandon's advice, especially in regards to a finish, is spot on. The figures will definitely start to chip after alot of use (landing on the floor, hitting the walls, etc). I will try and get Mike Tillman on here to comment about some of the technicalities of painting however since he has done several teams before.
